Meet Your Designer

Ellyn began her interior design career with a hands on renovation of her 100 year old home some 20 years ago.

 

Ellyn’s many years of work in a variety of creative fields have developed her design acumen, including graphic design, editorial design and product design in the fashion and home accessories markets. Once family and friends saw the incredible transformation of her home, they hired her to design their spaces-paving the way for a new career path.

 

While working with her residential clients, she also began flipping homes and new builds in the Hamptons. The experience of flipping homes further solidified her design ability to deliver a high-end designer look on a budget for every project. Ellyn excelled at delivering unique designs with both contemporary and classic elements that had a broad appeal to buyers.

 

Her design choices are reflected in every PrefixeDesign plan: “ I know how important impactful, good design affects our everyday lives! I also know how overwhelming a renovation can be. My goal with PrefixeDesign is to help people make the most of their investment in their space while getting designer results on their own”

When Ellyn isn’t working you can find her scouring antique stores and flea markets, art galleries for inspiration or finding time to relax at the beach with friends.
