PrefixeDesign (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights and choices. It applies to prefixedesign.com and any pages where it’s posted (the “Site”).

PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS

a) You provide directly

  • Contact Form: first name, last name, email, and message.

  • Subscribe Form: first name and email.

  • Optional transactions (if you purchase services): order details, contact and billing information (processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full payment card numbers).

b) Collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, date/time).

  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Cookies & Ads below).

c) From service providers/partners

  • Email and marketing platforms (for subscriber management and campaigns).

  • Analytics/hosting and site performance tools.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through these forms.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Correct inaccuracies.

  • Appeal a decision if we deny a request.

 

How to exercise rights: email [insert email] with “Privacy Request” and (1) what you’re requesting and (2) your state/country of residence. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

 

10) Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We don’t knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
