This master bedroom was part of an addition to an older home. I created a serene retreat with a calming palette with pops of color from original artwork and accessories.
Soft blue-gray walls and ivory drapery set a quiet foundation, while a sculptural iron-and-crystal chandelier, a velvet canopy chair, and organic driftwood pieces add layers of texture and old-world romance. A tufted velvet bed, balanced by a vintage-style settee and an oversized distressed mirror that bounces light around the space.
