Start by measuring your existing vanity, which is your baseline. Each plan lists the vanity size options it was designed around, so if your current vanity fits one of those sizes, you're in good shape.

For a full renovation where you're changing the vanity size, confirm clearances with your contractor before ordering - especially for drawer and door swings, which need more room than the vanity width alone.

Each plan page includes preview images so you can see the overall look before purchasing, including full bathroom renders, vanity-area views, shower-area views, style descriptions, key colors/materials, and sample pages from the downloadable design plan. The preview is meant to give you a clear sense of the design direction without showing the full package. Some product details, notes, and specifications are intentionally left out until purchase.

You'll also see a general bathroom size guide for small, medium, or large layouts. This is not a custom floor plan for your exact bathroom, but it helps show the type of room size that plan is intended for.

The final PDF includes the full design package: complete shopping list with product links, finish selections, material notes, vanity and tile guidance, contractor-facing notes, and renovation planning support to help bring the look together.

After purchase, you’ll also receive a complimentary 30-minute call with the designer, Ellyn, to review your plan, talk through your space, and make sure you feel confident before moving forward.
